House Rules

Medical certificates (attestations)

  • A medical certificate can only be issued at the time of illness or at the latest on the next working day.

  • No backdating: attestations cannot be changed retroactively to ensure accuracy and reliability.

  • For patients under 16 who need a school certificate, it is strongly recommended that they are accompanied by a parent, or bring a signed written consent from the parent(s), confirming awareness of the child’s absence due to illness.

Respect and hygiene

  • Respect for everyone is essential.

  • Please maintain basic hygiene out of respect for staff and other patients.

  • Do not use your phone during a consultation.

  • Smoking is not allowed in the practice building.

Urgent matters/quick consult

  • No appointment is required, but patients with an appointment get priority. You may have to wait.

  • These are short consultations for acute complaints.
