Medical certificates (attestations)
-
A medical certificate can only be issued at the time of illness or at the latest on the next working day.
-
No backdating: attestations cannot be changed retroactively to ensure accuracy and reliability.
-
For patients under 16 who need a school certificate, it is strongly recommended that they are accompanied by a parent, or bring a signed written consent from the parent(s), confirming awareness of the child’s absence due to illness.
Respect and hygiene
-
Respect for everyone is essential.
-
Please maintain basic hygiene out of respect for staff and other patients.
-
Do not use your phone during a consultation.
-
Smoking is not allowed in the practice building.
